Q. How much is shipping on ________ to ________?
A. The shipping fee is based on the weight of the order, the shipping method and the destination. To see how much it would cost to ship a single item to you, please use the "Get shipping quote" link present on all product pages.
If you would like to order multiple products, simply add them to your shopping cart, and use the "Get Shipping Quote" link in your cart to get a quote for your entire order.
Q. What kind of items do you sell are all the items you carry on the web page are they "B" stock or are they refurbished?
A. All the items we sell are brand new factory sealed. We do not carry or sell any refurbished or B stock items. The items you get from us will be the same thing you see at your local store. All come with USA warranty. We carry a full line of GPS, Navigation units, Mobile Audio Video from top name manufactures like Garmin, Pioneer, Sony, Kenwood and many more
Q. I am not getting E mail from you?

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Products that are in stock are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, while backorder products can take much longer. To that time, you need to add the package transit time with the carrier (UPS), which is indicated when you select the shipping method.
For example, if you order a product that is in stock and choose to have it shipped via UPS ground (2-5 business days), your order will generally take 3-8 business days to arrive to your door.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We Now offer shipping to Canada

Q. How will I know that my order has left your warehouse?
A. You will be e mails letting you know the status of your e mail (i.e. Processing, In Transit)
