Tundra Electronics assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse, or installation of our products. Tundra Electronics assumes no responsibility for loss of property or loss of life due to the use of any product we sell. Buyers are responsible for using products responsibly and safely. LCD screens are not to be installed in the front passenger compartment of any vehicle, or to be used in view of the driver while a vehicle is moving. LCDs are intended for use in the rear compartments of all vehicles by rear passengers. It is illegal and dangerous to operate any motor vehicle with an LCD in use in view of the driver or in the front passenger compartment. Please practice safe driving and use common sense while behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.

Tundra Electronics does claim to be an authorized dealer on all the merchandise that is sold itís page.All names and pictures used are to let the buyer know what he/she is purchasing.

Returns/Exchanges:

All items returned to Tundra Electronics must be approved. Each approved return is given a RMA, Return Merchandise Number. Returns with no RMA will not be accepted.

Returns are only approved within 14 days of delivery and must be either unopened or in unopened condition with all packaging and accessories. Most Items can be sent back for store credit of the purchase price of the unit in this time period as long as the items are unopened or unopened condition all original boxes papers and products must be sent back or you will be charged for any missing parts or your return may be denied * Some Manufactures Items and Close Outs do not apply please check manufacture list for final sale items or items whose returns will be assessed a 15% to 33.3% restocking fee check list below. In most cases unopened returned items will be assessed a 15% restocking and opened items 33.3% or more depending on condition. Buyer incurs all shipping fees. Shipping fees are not creditable. Approved returns are credited Tundra Electronics credit toward new products of equal or greater value. A cash return will not be issued. You will only receive Store Credit for your items.

Any item returned for repair which is found to in good working condition will be charged a bench test fee and return postage of $25/hour.

Cancellations:

Any order which is canceled prior to order being shipped will be refunded purchase amount minus 33% cancellation fee. Some items are final sales and can not be canceled. Orders canceled after shipment see refused orders below. Tundra Electronics has 30 Days to fill your order before a you can cancel your order without a cancellation fee. Pre order items can not be canceled without a cancellation fee.

Upgrades:

If a package deal is given or an item is purchased from TundraElectronics.com web page prices at the time of the up grade request. Approved return items credited for upgrade will be assessed a restocking fee. Quotes will be calculated based on the TundraElectronics.com web page prices at the time of the credit request. Buyer incurs all shipping/handling/insurance fees.

Warranties:

Extended warranties can be purchased for an additional charge from RepairTech. RepairTech is an independent company separate from Tundra Electronics if you opt to purchase an extended warranty from RepairTech you will be bound by there service agreement please visit http://www.repairtechinc.com/ for more info.

All products shipped with insurance are given a DOA warranty. This means we guarantee through our delivery service that your product will arrive in good working condition. DOA claims must be made within 72 hours of product delivery. DOA warranty is void if product has altered in any way or if any item is missing from original contents and packaging. UPS must be notified immediately of damaged shipments by filing a claim through 1-800-PICK-UPS. DOA warranty does not cover items past 72 hours of delivery even if the package has not been opened.

Beyond our DOA warranty all product warranty claims are the responsibility of the products manufacturer. TundraElectronics.com will return products to the manufacturer as a convenience to the buyer in some circumstances for the first 14 days after delivery. The buyer must incur any and all shipping fees. Under no circumstance will TundraElectronics.com cover or refund any shipping costs.

Some Items do come with a replacement plan this information will be stated once you click on product info on the bottom left hand side beside Warranty: Replacement Plan Policy. Items that do come with Tundra Replacement Plan will generally be replaced by a brand new unit identical to that which was defective. In cases that the item is no longer available for sale Tundra Electronics will attempt to get your unit fixed if we are not able to do so you will be either be given the items replacement or credit to use for a replacement of said item. Shipping and Handling is not covered under this plan the Buyer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling to fix the problem. Generally that is the cost to ship the item to our rep them to ship it back to us then us to ship you a new item. Tundra Electronics Will not honor warranties on items whose Serial Number is not legible or matching that of what was shipped to you. In Most cases the Serial Number will be placed on Ups Package information. Items that have found to be misused, abused, installed incorrectly opened or altered in any way will result in replacement plan being null and void this discretion is to by made upon the judgment of Tundra Electronics.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance/Processing Time of Orders:

TUNDRA ELECTRONICS DOES AND WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD OR CONFIRMED PAY PAL ADDRESS NO ACCEPTATIONS ARE MADE TO THIS RULE. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND CAN NOT HAVE IT SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CANCELED ORDER GUIDELINES. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR PACKAGES GOING TO APO'S AND PO BOXES

Tundra Electronics uses UPS ground shipping with replacement value insurance as the standard shipping method. It is our goal to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment. If this is not possible the buyer will be given an expected ship date. UPS will automatically email all buyers a tracking number if an email address accompanies payment. A handling fee of no less than $5 will include in all shipping quotes. Quotes are based on package weight shipped UPS ground with replacement value insurance and packaging costs. Under no circumstance will shipping fees be refunded or paid by TundraElectronics.com unless a gross error is made at the fault of TundraElectronics.com Warranty/Repair shipping fees will not be refunded or covered under any circumstance.
Orders placed with Tundra Electronics when the item is in stock can take up to 3 business days to leave our store plus transit time. We do our best to get your order out within 1 business day of your order. Orders lost/damaged in transit will be credited via store credit or item(s) will be re shipped at the sole discretion of Tundra Electronics.
